CSD Friction Ltd started life off as Commercial Spares Distributors in the 1980’s.

Focusing mainly on Brake shoe relining and the supply of shoes for the commercial vehicle industry, CSD gained a loyal customer base across the UK while also gaining notoriety for specialising in Bristol Bus, classic vehicle and industrial braking solutions.

In 2014 we moved away from the factoring of general CV parts entirely to specialise and focus solely on the wholesale relining and bonding of brake shoes. Over the years this has been expanded to include the sale of brake pads and calipers, as well as other ancillary products. The business is continually growing and is now a well established friction supplier throughout the South West of England and the wider UK.

With TMD (Don Brakes) Certified workshop facilities and staff,  you can be confident in our relining and bonding service. With this certification renewed every year you can be confident that our staff, equipment and processes are to the highest standard.
